Do you offer refunds?

Even though we're sure you'll love them, if you're not completely satisfied with your new socks we will be happy to provide you with a full refund including your original delivery cost.

How long does your refund policy last?

We are happy to offer refunds if you contact us within 14 days of your order.

Do I qualify for a refund?

In order to request a refund, we kindly request that you return your socks to us unworn and in the original packaging. Any socks that have been opened and show signs of wear will not be refunded.

How do I request a refund?

To start the refund process, please contact us at info@bamboosockcompany.co.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Be sure to include your order number and details of the product that you would like to return!

Sending your return to us

When we respond to your email requesting a refund, we'll let you know the address that you need to send them back to. Please note that the cost of sending your items to us will need to be covered by you, we will not reimburse this cost. We therefore recommend that you purchase appropriate postage with tracking when sending a return as we will not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
